RACE REGISTRATION
You can register for the race using the online form. If the participant limit (3,500) is not reached, you can still register at the check-in in Bedřichov.
If the participant is under 18 years old at the time of the race, after registering via the online form, he/she must also send the entry form in written form to the email address obchod@ctauthorcup.cz or by post (this entry form must be signed by a legal guardian with permission for the son/daughter to start).
- By scanning the application form with the signature of the legal representative and sending it to the email address obchod@ctauthorcup.cz.
- Or by sending the completed application form to TERRA SPORT s.r.o., Horská 1392, Liberec XIV-Ruprechtice, 460 14 Liberec.

Your entry will be valid only after the entry fee has been paid. If the entry form is not paid within 7 days of creation, the organizer has the right to cancel the entry form. For the amount of the entry fee the date of crediting the organizer's account is decisive.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
IF NOT SOLD OUT, APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED until October 9, 2025, after which you can only apply at the Bedřichov check-in desk. This will take place on Friday 10 October from 1 to 10 pm, and on Saturday 11 October from 7 to 9:15 am.
You can check accepted and valid (paid) applications on the website www.ctauthorcup.cz., where a regularly updated overview will be published.
Acceptance of your application and subsequent confirmation of your participation is conditional on payment of the entry fee, so you are duly registered the moment your payment appears on your daily bank statement. If payment is not received within a week, the application form is automatically deleted and you must re-apply.
If your payment does not arrive by the entry deadline (October 9), you will be required to pay the entry fee again at registration. We will refund this entry fee when your original payment is credited to our account.
Application for a wild card
Competitors can only apply for a wild card until 1.10.2025 for paid entries. After this date this option is no longer available.
Sorting into waves
If a competitor wants to be placed in a wave based on results from the previous two years, they must be entered by 1.10.2025. After this date all entries go to the back of the field.
NOTICE
Keep in mind that due to the production time of the personalized numbers we have to close the database about a week before the race. This means that if you register later, your placings in previous years can no longer be taken into account and you will be placed at the end of the starting field. Please register as soon as possible. Again, we remind you that your entry becomes valid for us once the entry fee is paid, i.e. when the entry fee is credited to our account. You will find out the assigned starting number after the database on our website is closed, you will receive the printed regulations when you register. For those without internet access, the start list will be posted as always when you arrive at registration.
ROUTES
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the race route depending on track conditions or forestry activities by Lesy ČR.

PAYMENT METHODS

CANCELLATION OF PAID ENTRY FEE
Competitors can cancel their paid entry fee no later than 5 October 2025 by 12:00 noon. The entry fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee of 400,- CZK.
CHANGE OF DATA IN THE APPLICATION AT CHECK-IN
In the case that another participant will be using your race number and a change of details is necessary, an administration fee of 400 CZK will be charged.

MEN'S CATEGORIES
- Juniors "MJ" (up to 17 years old, born in 2008 or later)
- Men "MA" (up to 40 years old, born between 1985 and 2007)
- Men "MB" (up to 50 years old, born between 1975 and 1984)
- Men "MC" (up to 60 years old, born between 1965 and 1974)
- Men "MD" (over 60 years old, born in 1964 or earlier)
WOMEN'S CATEGORIES
- Juniors "ZJ" (up to 17 years old, born in 2008 or later)
- Women "ZA" (up to 40 years old, born between 1985 and 2007)
- Women "ZB" (up to 50 years old, born between 1975 and 1984)
- Women "ZC" (over 50 years old, born in 1974 or earlier)
TEAM COMPETITION
The evaluation of the longer route includes the results of the company teams. The number of teams starting for one company is not limited. Team starters will also be evaluated among individuals. Teams may have a maximum of 5 members, a minimum of 3 members and may be “buy horses” of maximum performance - they do not have to be employees of the company.
They can be mixed, with both men and women competing on the same team. The ranking of the team is determined by the sum of the times achieved by the first three members, in case of equality of the sum of times, the position of the first competitor of the team is decisive.
TEAMS WITHOUT ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
Teams can register using our online form. Teams can only participate in the longer route.
- For participants who want to create a team without advertising opportunities:
- Entry fee paid by June 30: 4,500 CZK including VAT
- Entry fee paid from July 1: 5,000 CZK including VAT
- No additional entry fee for individual participants!
CORPORATE TEAMS WITH ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
It is necessary to contact the race organizers (due to the signing of an advertising space rental agreement).
- Placement of advertising panels at the race venue
- Team start from the first wave
- All team members have free entry to accompanying events (V.I.P. banquet, etc.)
- Entry fee: 10,000 CZK excluding VAT
- No additional entry fee for individual participants!
WILD CARD
You can only apply for a wild card by emailing info@ctauthorcup.cz. Please include links to the results lists of similar races in your application. The application will then be reviewed and you will receive notification.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please bring proof of payment with you to present for any claims. In case of paying the entry fee for more than one person with one payment order, please send an e-mail to kancelar@ctauthorcup.cz with the list of participants to whom the payment applies.
The entry fee is a fee for the organizational services of the race organizer and includes health and organizing service, timing and processing of results by chip technology, refreshment service during the race including energy supplements on the course, massage assistance at the finish line, technical service, bike washing, bike storage at the finish line, accompanying program, information service.
